Here comes the Sun!

Sun Bookshelf in my "Light Studio"(Get it, its a "sun":)

Threw together this concept for a Bookcase with a Sun theme. I looked around for a while and finally came across two images that really stuck out to me. This one takes after one of the images to a degree. I added the notching on the end of the rays. The request was for "A sun, maybe 40" diameter to sit in (its for a 5 year old), and books all around." This is what i came up with. Do you think the sun should Rise on this design?
